Around dinner time she'll stay awake if you hold her, but as soon as you put her down (whether its in her chair, on the floor, or in the swing) she falls back asleep. Finally, she'll have a stretch where she is up for about 4 hours straight in the evening (as we are trying to put Gabriel down) and then she'll crash sometime around 10pm (give or take an hour in either direction). Now that's an average...some days she'll sleep more, some days she'll sleep less.

First we went into the balls and Mike and his friend enjoyed shooting the balls and only used Rylinn to get in. Then we went to a jail and Rylinn hung on to bars very tightly just as if is was in the crib jail at KP's church. After that Mike sat with Rylinn as she slept and let me go on some rides.

Today's Q101.1 Warped Tour Day at Six Flags was a day full of firsts. It was my first trip to Great America. From First to Last was my first interview of the day. I ate Dippin' Dots for the first time: its the ice cream of the future, and the future is now!" It was my first real taste of how nasty the Edens construction can be: two hours up, three to get back. And, my favorite first: my man rode his very first roller coaster! We rode Whizzer together, and Paul enjoyed it enough that he allowed me to drag him onto Demon, too. Many summer vacations in my youth involved roller coasters, from the Corkscrew at Rocky Point (RIP), to the Loch Ness Monster at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, to Blue Streak, Magnum and Raptor at Cedar Point, the daddy of them all. I hadnt ridden a coaster in years, and I shrieked and screamed like... well, like a little girl. It was great.Still... that Edens traffic was brutal, and the euphoria of the day has worn off. Jun 25 - Today from Proverbs 25 we look at verse 28Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self control.In the day these proverbs were written, city walls were very important. Not only were they a stronghold against enemies whose intention was to conquer, but they were also an effective means for the king (or the king's governor), to control the culture of the city. One clear example of this is found in Nehemiah 13:15-22. The city walls of Jerusalem were rebuilt. Nehemiah was King Artaxerxes' ruling representative (governor) of the city. Nehemiah was also a Jew who honored God and His Law. We see in this passage that God's Law was being broken as merchants from all over the land were coming into the city on the Sabbath to ply their trade. Nehemiah was furious! The reason God allowed the city to be captured and destroyed over seven decades ago was because God's people had forsaken the Law of God and turned to the ways of the nations around them. Nehemiah effectively used the walls to correct this situation. He ordered the city gates closed on the eve of the Sabbath, and they were to remain closed until the Sabbath was over. Without walls, the greedy merchants could covertly enter the city at any point and probably never be detected. For Nehemiah, the walls protected the Jewish culture from deteriorating back into a pagan culture.The lesson for us is clear. Some people view 'self control' as inhibiting. They like the adventure of 'living without boundaries'. But, God warns us in this verse, and in many other passages, that without self control a person exposes their spiritual integrity to constant danger. Danger from attacks of the powers of darkness, and danger from the erosion of the 'world merchants' who would lure us into compromising God's Law. Self control is our chief protection.When a believer comes to understand that God's Law is meant to protect us and provide for us, self control becomes much more attractive. The spiritual lessons found in the book of Nehemiah are many and are profound. It is a handbook on leadership. The central theme of the book is the wall of Jerusalem. It was broken down. The people were scattered. They had all but lost their identity. They had no protection from the enemies who would control them. They were slaves in their own land. When news of the condition of his people reached Nehemiah, his heart was broken. His single burning ambition was to get the wall rebuilt as soon as possible and at all costs. Nehemiah's ambition wasn't to be governor of Jerusalem. His ambition was to see God's order restored in the lives of His people. Nehemiah was an Old Testament type of Christ. He knew the key to restoring order, identity, protection and liberty for His people was to get the city wall up and to effectively use the wall for God's glory and purposes. That's the priority we are to set on self control.We really have no excuse for living without the boundaries of self control. It is a fruit of the Spirit. And as its homes were “scattered all over the island”, the group faced logistical problems when big student or tour groups requested for homes clustered in one area, he said. The Singapore Tourism Board agreed that homestays could provide visitors with an “interesting local experience”, but said operators would have to work independently for now. One of the most unique vending machine operations was in place from 1902 until 1962. In the 1940's the mass production of vending machines began to take place in the United States. If you haven't seen one of the old fashioned vending machines with those glass bottles they are really neat. The designs on vending machines have really changed since then. Vending machines today offer much more than just post cards and books though. Vending machines are all around us so it won't be hard to locate some of them. The next time you are out and about, take some time to notice the different physical appearances of the vending machines around.

There are plently of peaple about, but no one wants to do anything. Ive been trying to organise peaple to start playing Warhammer again, but no one else seems to want to, or, no one else seems to want to enough to actually arrange to meet at a place at a time. I want to know what everyones doing.What have I been doing? I have to go over there on wedsday to greet the nice man whos come to take away our cable connection, this I theorise may spur gaz into action, allthough probably not into the action I want him to perform. It dosent help that peaple are still scatered around the country.Facist Matt is haveing a lets all go to duncans on the 4th July, and, with a bit of look I can play some Warhammers with him while hes up here.Other newsMy Father seemed to enjoy his new wallet and Liquorish allsortsUnivercity folk: Who of you is still in liverpool, and are you guys doing anyhting, I feel out of the loop over here.Oh, and events wise.Im probably canceling my Amecon tickets. Oh yeah and I only had 5 hours of sleep which is not even nearly enough sleep!! She wanted the little night light I have on and she wanted to watch Aladdin to get rid of her scary thoughts. I put on a night light and Aladdin which she watched 3 TIMES before going to sleep. Although I can NOT sleep with noise or light. :( Oh well.Thankfully I donapos;t have class tomorrow morning, so I can sleep in and study. Ahh hopefully I sleep better on Tuesday night so I wonapos;t be so tired and GULPING my coffee the next day.
